Sitah Ethnic Studios is an online store offering handpicked sarees and blouse designing services. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy.

2. Product Information

We take utmost care to present our products accurately. However:

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric texture.

  • All product details, including prices and availability, are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We accept payments via secure online gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via DTDC and typically delivered within:

    • Telangana: 3–4 working days

    • Other Indian States: 6–8 working days

    • International Orders: Delivery time depends on location and weight

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Telangana: ₹110

    • Andhra Pradesh: ₹125

    • Other Indian States: ₹150

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000

    • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • No return and no exchange is applicable once the product is delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted in case of physical damage to the product during shipping.

  • Mandatory: A clear parcel opening video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for damage claims.

  • Without an opening video, no return request will be accepted.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch.
