Shipping policy

At Sitah Ethnic Studios, we’re committed to delivering your favorite ethnic wear to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across India

  • Internationally (shipping cost and delivery time vary by country)

2. Shipping Charges (India)

  • Telangana: ₹110

  • Andhra Pradesh: ₹125

  • Other Indian States: ₹150

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹10,000

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

3. Delivery Timeline

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Telangana: 3–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 6–8 business days

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery time 15-30 days depends on destination and package weight.

Shipping Partner: DTDC and trusted logistics providers

4. International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination country.

  • Customers will receive an estimate during checkout or via email/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your shipment through the courier’s website

If you do not receive tracking info within 2 days of ordering, please contact us.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to:

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen courier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • High order volumes during festivals or sales

In such cases, we’ll keep you updated and assist as best as possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered accurately. Sitah Ethnic Studios will not be responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Unreachable phone numbers

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
